Rock Rocks it Again at Eastbay 7428 Shoot-Out!

Pillsbury sets another Record and Rolls into Semifinals  

90045 - For the second straight matchup, Sierra Canyon School (Chatsworth) athletic director Rock Pillsbury has teamed with his charity, the Harold and Carole Pump Foundation, to upset a higher seed and set yet another voting participation record.  The seemingly unstoppable Rock dispatched of world famous ring announcer Jimmy Lennon, Jr., by a score of 68% to 32% to advance to the Final Four of the Eastbay 7428 Shootout

The Eastbay 7428 Shoot-Out matches up Sports Stories with Denny Lennon (SSDL) video podcast guests pre-interview basketball shots against one another in a 12-team single elimination tournament.  The championship team (guest and charity) of the event, which will conclude on August 7th, will receive a $1000 Eastbay gift card for the charity.

Rock will next face Loyola Marymount University athlete and attorney Wayne Boehle in the semifinals.  That matchup begins August 2nd at 12pm (PT) and concludes on August 4th at 12pm (PT).  Both Team Rock and Team Wayne (guest and charity representative) will be invited to appear July 31st on the SSDL5 YouTube Live Friday “Happy Hour Show” to promote their  accomplishment of advancing to the “Eastbay 7428 Shoot-Out Final Four”.

Next up is the matchup everyone has been waiting for, a semifinal that looks like it will break twitter. Los Angeles Lakers broadcaster Chris “Geeter” McGee, the #1 seed, and charity Stillpoint Family Resources will face Volleyball Legend Mike Boehle, the #4 seed, and his charity My Stuff BagsGeeter and MB, long time friends, will hold nothing back as they access all off their high profile friends to support their cause.  The matchup begins on July 30th at 12pm (PT) and concludes August 1st at 12pm (PT).
